Can you explain your NO DEPOSITS REQUIRED policy?.
In addition to our signed contract stating exactly what is included (or not included) we do not require a deposit to schedule your project. Your First Payment is not due until the day before we start yoiur project.

In our signed contract we state exactly what is included (or not included) in your project, describe the type and quality of the construction and items, when the project will be completed, and EXACTLY what you will pay, not one penny more, No Excuses, GUARANTEED!

 

Is your work guaranteed?
All of our work is guaranteed with a full 12 month warranty.

 

Do you offer Tenant Finishing?

Yes, we provide all aspects of tenant finishing regardless of size or requirements.

 

What is your cost per square foot?
Since every project is unique, that of course that depends upon the exact nature and scope of the project and what quality and items are included (We will always try to work within your budget). However, we are one of the most reasonably priced contractors in the Southern Metropolitan Area and will be glad to give you a free detailed quote. Request a Quote and provide some details for us to consider and we will be glad to start working with you.

 

What if we want changes during the project?
No problem. AS SOON AS YOU SEE SOMETHING THAT YOU'D LIKE TO CHANGE/MODIFY - LET US KNOW. In fact, sometimes as we work with you and as the project begins to take shape, we may suggest modifications too. We always remember whose project we are working on and can usually accommodate changes prior to completion. If there will be an additional cost, we will advise you!

 

How long does it take to complete a basement?
Our average basement project completes in about 6 to 8 weeks. Basements Plus will provide you with a projected completion time before we begin the job. In order to complete the permitting process and obtain any required Homeowner Association approval, most jobs will start within 2 to 3 weeks of contract signing.

 

We will also expedite obtaining all necessary building permits as this assures your project complies with city and county codes. This also assures a “worry free” process if you later decide to sell your property.

 

Who will be working on my project?
Over the years I have assembled a core group of skilled craftsman that represent some of the best in their particular specialty. They are all licensed and insured and will be personally supervised by me on a daily basis.

 

Can I get a cheaper bid?
Possibly, we have seen much of that lately - remember, a cheaper bid can mean substitution of lesser quality materials and/or skills and a “cheap” or cut-rate job. Since 1999, Basements Plus has been providing honest and reasonable bids and a job that is completed as described and contracted, and in done on-time at the contracted price.
